  1. Gemfilecheck is provided as is, without any warranty or guarantee of any kind. Ruby Mule nor RubySoft, Inc. are not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from the use of Gemfilecheck.
  2. Gemfilecheck is intended for use by developers to check Ruby projects for common security issues and vulnerabilities by scanning project's Gemfile and Gemfile.lock. It is not intended for any other purpose.
  3. By using Gemfilecheck, you agree to allow Ruby Mule and RubySoft, Inc. to occasionally email you with news about product features, blog posts, or other updates.
  4. You can request to stop receiving these emails at any point in time.
  5. Gemfilecheck uses GitHub as an authentication provider. By logging in to Gemfilecheck with your GitHub account, you agree to allow Ruby Mule and RubySoft, Inc. to store your email address and GitHub username and avatar URL on our servers.
  6. Ruby Mule nor RubySoft, Inc. do not sell or share any user information with third parties.
